**Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)**

H.E.A.L. Behavioral Consulting is currently seeking energetic, outgoing, and passionate individuals who possess a positive attitude, are motivated, and enjoy working with individuals with special needs to join our team. We are looking for part-time ABA Therapists/Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)! We provide in-home ABA services for children, teens, and adults diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other neurodevelopmental disorders.

RESPONSIBILITIES

-Implement individualized treatment plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to help children increase skills

-Teach and help to promote language, behavioral, social, and daily living skills in a fun, play setting to increase motivation and positive performance for every individual

-Collect and accurately record data on clients progress

-Provide support to parents, teachers, and caregivers

QUALIFICATIONS

-Must be an RBT (registered behavior technician, or willing to become one - see www.bacb.com - RBT FAQs for more information)

-A minimum of High School Diploma required or a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

-Candidates must be energetic, animated, and outgoing, with a passion for helping clients achieve their true potential

-Have a high level of commitment and professionalism, and eager to learn more each and every day to better serve patients and their families

-Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

-Ability to work well independently and as a team

-Comfortable working with children who display behavior problems

-Ability to defer to supervisors in program development, modification and report writing as appropriate

-ABA experience and minimum of 1 year working with children is preferred, but not required. Additional training and support provided. Those with no experience in ABA but are willing to learn are encouraged to apply!

We are in search of BCBAs to become influential members in accomplishing our mission, Help Everyone Achieve in Life. H.E.A.L. Behavioral Consulting specializes in providing evidence-based ABA treatment to children, teens, and adults diagnosed with Autism and other neurodevelopmental disorders.

We pride ourselves on providing high quality Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) services in a manner that is ethical, compassionate and respectful of the patients we serve. We employ the most evidence based and effective treatment available and are continually incorporating new treatment innovations and technical advancements into our treatment programs. -Certification in applied behavior analysis (BCBA®) required. They must have at least 1 year of experience working within the field, 6 months of which must include supervisory/management responsibilities.

-Will consider exceptional candidates with less experience and will use combined experience and internship.

-BCBA designs, coordinates, and modifies behavioral programs, performs behavioral assessments (VB-MAPP, AFLS, FBA), and oversees the quality of service delivery.

-BCBA also provides regular supervision for RBT.

-BCBA will also provide direct ABA with some patients.

-Supervising BCBA performs initial and ongoing assessments.

-Foster strong collaborative relationships and train families, caregivers, and school staff to implement effective techniques across all environments, promoting progress and generalization.

NOTE

This is an independent contractor position. No benefits will be provided. The candidate will be responsible for paying his/her own taxes, as a 1099 tax form will be provided at the end of the year. Benefits of being an independent contractor include:
